About the Role
As our Community Rep you will play a key part in our mission to make compliance achievable for every indie business. Your job is to engage with current and new clients in the indie community providing friendly, hands-on support and advice. You will be the link between a busy restaurateur or retailer and our services and products.
This is a community-based role, so you must love people and your local independent scene. Your time will be mostly spent in coffee shops, bars, restaurants and retail outlets getting to know the people behind each business and figuring out how we can help them to achieve their goals.
You’ll use these relationships to regularly update the community on our products and services, deciding which ones best fit each business and arranging the sale.
- Manage relationships with current clients.
Keeping them up to date with our services and products and ensuring they always receive the most effective combination.
- Build relationships with new clients.
Explain our services and products, help decide which ones are most useful and walk them through our unique sales process.
- Keep track of community news, events and key people.
Ensure that Foursquare Group is the number one provider for compliance in the independent business community.
- Handle issues and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Working with colleagues to solve problems and offer solutions quickly and efficiently.
You’ll be a ‘people person’ – someone who looks forward to making new connections and maintaining their professional relationships.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience working in sales and account management, and you will have worked in or around the hospitality and retail sector.
You’ll be a team player – at Foursquare we know that our people are critical to our success, and we want you to develop and grow with us.
Above all, you must have a passion for small businesses within your community and a desire to see them succeed.
Job Type: Part-time and Full-time available
Pay: £10 an hour plus benefits and bonus
