The 1-day Level 2 Food Safety course is for those involved in the preparation and handling of food or drink. This includes cooks of all types and other kitchen staff who play a role in preparing in food/drink for consumption.

Level 3 Food Safety course outline and objectives

The 3-day Level 3 Food Safety course is for supervisors and managers in a catering environment. This course explores a food safety management system in more depth, allowing a manager or supervisor to lead others using best practices.
