Food safety courses in Liverpool or Manchester
We deliver two levels of food safety training.
The 1-day Level 2 course is for those involved in the preparation and handling of food or drink. This includes cooks of all types and other kitchen staff who play a role in preparing in food/drink for consumption.
The 3-day Level 3 course is for supervisors and managers in a catering environment. This course explores a food safety management system in more depth, allowing a manager or supervisor to lead others using best practices.
